In October 2016, Nepal was added as a global partner. Our local efforts make a difference internationally by providing support to areas in critical need of housing solutions. To date we have helped improve the lives of nearly fifty families outside of the United States.

A letter from our global partner in Nepal

Don’t we all need a smile like this one to start the year? That’s a new land title she’s holding – with her name on it!

We are so grateful to HFH East Jefferson County for your faithful commitment to Nepal through these trying times! I’ve been thinking of you and all that the US has been facing in recent months. Now the Omicron wave is hitting Nepal, so another slowdown is in store. Nevertheless, construction and housing microfinance loans are moving ahead, as a safe home is more important than ever! Almost 300 new homes were built during the first half of FY22, and over 13,000 housing microfinance loans disbursed by our partners. HFH EJC is such an important part of this.

THANK YOU and namaste,
Christy
