Landes Terrace is a thoughtfully designed 14-home neighborhood in Port Townsend. Built in the paired home style, this site furthers Habitat for Humanity of East Jefferson County’s mission to create permanently affordable, connected, and community-oriented housing.

Construction Progress

Construction began in March 2025 and in September 2025 we broke ground with a well-attended ceremony that celebrated our community’s support and shared vision for this neighborhood. Today, horizontal construction is underway, laying the groundwork for Habitat’s largest build to date: 14 permanently affordable homes.
