APPLICATION GUIDELINES
All Applicants Must:
1. Demonstrate the need for adequate shelter based on current housing.
- Structural safety, integrity, and mechanical functions.
- Size of living quarters.
- Temporary housing.
- Cost of housing.
2. Show an ability to pay based on the following minimum and maximum income levels:

3. Have a willingness to partner with Habitat by:
- Participation in construction of your own home and the home(s) of others.
- Repayment of interest-free mortgage to Habitat.
- Accumulation of closing costs.
- Attendance at all required Homeowner Workshops.
Additional Requirement: one year's residency in Jefferson County.
